Diversity is not a question mark anymore. Well, it shouldn’t be. While women luckily gained space in many industries and management positions, there is still a gender gap. That’s why leading organizations are setting up for most of them proceeding with their diversity initiatives.

Here’s what we see from a BPM (business process management) perspective: numerous women acting in leading roles, proving their capacity to lead global transformation projects, setting up their companies for operational excellence, enabling communication and change management throughout the complete organization and thus paving the way for other women to act now and inspiring the newer “just do it” generation! With this Women in BPM interview series, we want to give them a voice. We want to learn about their journey. We want to get insights into their very own success stories. We want to understand their challenges. We want to understand why women are good at BPM. We want to learn about some fun facts, too.

ARIS 10 SR17 is available since mid of January. Please be aware that SR17 is a small release, mainly including some security updates and performance improvements. If you are planning a migration from an older ARIS version, we recommend migrating to the newest SR17.

ARIS 10 SR17 includes some security updates for Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, Log4J, Azul JRE, and Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols.

The new release also includes many minor feature improvements for the ARIS portal, reports, document storage, server, user management, risk & compliance management, and accessibility.
