Customer success story: Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB)

TEB has ambitious targets to “boost” the Turkish economy and social growth.

To accomplish this, the bank has implemented a totally new process architecture with ARIS. This provides them with a centralized process architecture, including a central process repository, as well as the ability to design processes and workflows for the entire business on a single platform.

TEB built a single source of process architecture truth with ARIS Business Process Analysis to provide process visualizations to 9,000 business users. According to the end-to-end modeling perspective, they modeled approximately 1,030 processes from scratch.
