The EU is stepping up to protect its citizens’ rights to control their personal data. Now, organizations that handle personal data will have to take big steps to comply, or pay the price. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective May 25, 2018, will make sure companies and institutions aren’t just paying lip service to personal data protection. The GDPR also intends to unify and standardize current country-level data protection policies, which vary in their levels of stringency and degrees of enforcement.

Read the thought leadership paper “Ensuring Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation” to learn how to prepare your company for the GDPR, understand its impact, develop a plan and carry out your company’s response. You’ll see how to create compliance champions who will be your first line of defense to ensure compliance with the EU GDPR.
