Michele Pelino is a Principal Analyst on Forrester's Infrastructure & Operations research team with over 15 years of expertise in the enterprise mobility and telecom industry. Michele’s research focuses on Internet of Things (IoT) platforms, technologies, and applications, as well as edge computing solutions. Michele's research spans applications in key markets including manufacturing, healthcare, smart building, and smart city environments. She also focuses on the role of emerging technology including 5G networks in powering new transformative applications, services, and business models. Prior to joining Forrester, Michele was a management consultant serving national and international communications and technology clients in North America and Europe.
Jeffrey Yozwiak, Forrester Consultant
Jeffrey Yozwiak is a consultant with Forrester’s Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) practice. In this role, he works with Forrester’s clients to measure and articulate the business value and financial impact of technology and process investments. Jeffrey’s areas of focus include business analytics, software development, and IT processes and operations. Before joining Forrester, Jeffrey was a product manager at a technology startup that was acquired in 2016. Jeffrey has led international software development teams and built award-winning products for name-brand clients. He has over a decade of experience in technology entrepreneurship.
Ricky Singh, Software AG
Ricky leads Software AG’s IoT business for the Americas region. Bringing together deep industry knowledge and business acumen, Ricky is focused on developing and executing a winning strategy that aligns customer needs and market trends with the best-in-class Cumulocity IoT platform.
Prior to joining Software AG, Ricky served as Head of Innovation & Emerging Products at T-Mobile for Business, where he was responsible for the strategy, development, and management of IoT, Private Networks, Edge Computing and other emerging products. Before joining T-Mobile, Ricky spent 14+ years consulting leaders at global companies on IoT and mobility while at Accenture and through his own consultancy, which came to bear after several years of owning a business in cellular retail across multiple carriers.
Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Operations Management from George Mason University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Management.
