WEBINAR ON-DEMAND:

The Open Banking landscape is changing:

Considerations for banks and fintechs as we move to Open Finance

What does the proposal for a framework for Financial Data Access (FIDA) mean to the financial community in the EEA? Initially, PSD2 laid the foundations for open banking in Europe. This was just the start of the journey, and we now move into the next phase – “open finance.” European PSD2 open banking was mandatory and driven by regulation. FIDA, more commonly referred to as ‘open finance,’ will adopt a scheme-based approach. How does this impact the financial services community in Europe?

Matthias Biehl and Brendan Jones will discuss the impact of these changes and what it will take to be successful in this changing regulatory environment.
